No, what you pay the first month is what you pay every month.
What do I Get In My First Subscription Shipment?
Your first shipment will include any items your subscription needs (if you have replaceable heads it will include your handle and holding tray.) If you have the women’s disposable, what you get the first month is what you’ll get every month.
What Is Your Cancelation Policy?
If you’re unhappy for any reason, you can cancel at any time! You can either reach out to use via firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Please Cancel” with a brief message about why so we can try to improve our services (seriously, let us know so we can stop sucking at what ever it is.)
Or you can log into your account and cancel right from your account homepage. (We’d still love a message about how to improve.)
What If I Don't Shave Often?
Feel free to alter the frequency that you receive razors! If you only need 4 razors for the next 3 months, that’s great.
How Do Referrals Work?
At the moment we do not have a referral policy. However, stay tuned as we figure out our process to reward subscribers for a free month if they refer a friend and they sign up!
Do You Ship Outside The US?
Plainly, yes. We have multiple customers already who are international and even have packages going to Australia, so we can get it to you.
Are They Animal Tested?
Can I Alter My Subscription?
Yup. If you log in with your account you can make changes on your account homepage. Change your frequency, change which subscription model you want, update your address, update your credit card. Handle it all from your secure page.
What's Your Return Policy?
If there are any problems with your shipment just let us know and we can send you the return shipping label.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We have partnered with USPS using First Class shipping so you can expect it in 3 – 5 business days from when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
What Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
How Often Should I Change My Blades?
This depends on how often you shave, how much shaving you have to accomplish. The best rule of thumb is when the blade is about half as efficient as it was when new.
What If I Have Too Many Razors?
Let us know and we can put a pause on your shipments until you have a need for them again. We won’t charge you while you are on pause. And when you need us again just call 🙂

How Does #ShaveforShelter Work?
Shave for Shelter is the non-profit we have that partners with S.T.A.R.T. rescue to help provide good homes for animals in need. So we count up our orders for a quarter and send $.99 for each to S.T.A.R.T. So if we have 10,000 orders in a quarter we’re cutting a check for $9,900.
