How Do Our Shave Club Subscriptions Work?
It’s easy. Pick one of the subscriptions from our shop. Each subscription comes with a razor, blades, and anything else you choose to add-on. You can start risk free with our free month trial. We’ll ship your shaving supplies as often as you need them. You can start a subscription with us and know that the razor you buy today will have fresh refill blades shipped direct to your door every month, two months, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc., along with any of the add on products you select. We bill your credit card every month without any hassle, and you can pop in and cancel any time. Many of our products are available for one-time purchase as well. Never worry about running out of shaving supplies, we’ve got you covered!

When will I get my order?
We have partnered with USPS using First Class Mail, so you can expect your order within 3-5 business days from when you receive the shipping confirmation email!!

How often do I need to change my blades?
This would depend on how often you shave. A question to ask yourself would be: how much shaving do I need to do? It’s best to replace them when the blade is about half as efficient as it was when it was new. You’ll be able to feel the difference!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
If I am unhappy, can I return my product?
We want every one of our customers to be happy with their product. If you are unhappy for any reason, please let us know so that we can send you a return label. We also want to know what we can do to improve our services, so don’t be shy.
How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription anytime by logging into your account. You can make the changes right on your account homepage. There, you can change your frequency, model, or update your personal information, such as your address or credit card.
Is your product tested on animals?
Nope, our product is not tested on animals.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! We have multiple international customers already. We will get your package to you!
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping within the US is a flat rate of $4.00 USD. International shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 USD.
What if I refer my friends/family?
At the moment, we do not have a referral policy. However, stay tuned as we figure out a process to reward our subscribers for referring friends and family! We hear you!
What if I don't shave often?
Rest assured, you can change the frequency that you receive your razors! If you only need 4 razors for the next 3 months, we can do that. Just choose “every 3 months” when subscribing, or log in to your account to change the frequency of a subscription that already exists.
Is there a fee to join?
No, what you pay the first month is what you pay every month.
What do I get in my first subscription shipment?
Your first shipment will include all of the items in your subscription.
If you have replaceable heads, it will include your handle and holding tray. If you have the women’s disposables, you receive 4 razors during every shipment, including the first month.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’re unhappy for any reason, you can cancel your subscription. We just ask that you do not cancel until after you receive your first refill order. Having an active subscription is why you were only charged the low price to start! If you’d like to cancel, please just reach out to us by phone, email us at CustomerCare@99centrazor.com, or chat with us using the chat icon at the bottom right of your page. If you do not want to cancel but just have too much of a good thing, you can place your subscription on hold for as long as you’d like, or just change the frequency of your subscription.
